At least it looks that way judging by my tulips.I had to post photos of these to let everyone know that it is a MYTH on how to plant tulips! I was told by TWO people (I won't mention any names)hehe, that it is imperative that you plant a tulip bulb point down, or they will never come up.
Well, I did not know this before I planted them last Fall, and the package in which they came in didn't mention it, nor when I googled 'tulip planting' did it ever come up w/ that info., soooooo, for all you flower gurus here is PROOF that that info is a MYTH!! I dug a good size hole and plopped the darn bulb in there ant which way, and look! Fifty on each side of my house and they came up beautifully and bit colossal I might add. :)
It's FIFTY degrees out there today...FREEZIN"!!! So, instead of planting more flowers I am in the house on the PC. I have a hot cup of coffee in front of me ( w/ splenda and FF vanilla coffee mate) yum! I also have to add that I am childless at the moment. Cam is in School and Samantha is at a play date down the street at her BFF Josh's house. They are both exactly 4yrs. old, within a few weeks of each other and listening in on their conversations is just hilarious! Usually he comes here to play, but she was invited there, so that works for me!
What a BUSY month I have ahead of me. Working the next 3 w/ends (which is a GOOD thing)! Samantha has her dance recital on the 30th. Two shows, one at 12:30, one at 6:30. Annnnd, on the Wed. & Thurs. before, she has rehearsal, and a Fancy Nancy(her fav) party to attend at our town library. In between all this is Cameron's baseball including the day of the recital. On the 31st, I am going back to the Z and taking the kids to see Charlottes Web.
At least my June calender is clear for now.although I have promised a certain little boy that I would take him to pick strawberries at the fields. Cameron will eat more than he picks.Last year he was covered from head to toe in strawberries..LOL.
gotta go get Cam off the bus in a few, so here are a few recent lay outs that I have scrapped.
here is the Daffodil field photos:

and here is a 2-pager from the 6 flags new england trip that we took on April vaca:
