Recital

So Samantha had her dance recital and it was just sooooooo stinkin' cute!! Let me just say that I just LOVE having a little girl that I can do 'girly-girl' things with! I always wanted to be in dance school when I was little and I feel very fortunate to be able to do this for her! She had such a great time; albeit a little on the nervous to go on stage for the first time. Once she did it, she couldn't wait to get back on and dance! She had 2 nights of rehearsal and then 2 shows on Saturday at the 'Z'. Her grandparents and Aunts came to watch her and she was just the cats meow! She loved performing and wearing the make-up and glitter in her hair...the whole 9 yards.
She did a ballet number in which she was a 'sea princess' and wore a mermaid costume . She also had a tap dance number and she wore a cute pink costume.

So now it is over until the Fall.
I am actually sick right now as I type. I have a very bad sore throat w/ a low grade fever. Billy went to get me some cx.rice soup from the Chinese rest. whatta guy,eh?
I have to do an event tomorrow night at Ocean Spray in Lakeville; hopefully I am feeling OK by then!
